Received in December 07 and have had to replace it 2x through warranty dept, not really satisfied at all. Great though WHEN it works. |

it worked problem free for a year and a half, then it died. i called tech support and was advised-too bad, there was nothing they could do since it was out of warranty. I called back to cancel my subscription on 1 of my 2 radios and was then advised they could send me a lesser replacement unit for free. I aggreed, i still love my sirius but was a little disappointed at the warranty & tech support.

The reason I looked into getting sirius was for the sports coverage. And the fact that this radio is called the "Sportster 4" made my decision really easy. Love the radio love the programming. |

This radio is really a great value. It has pretty much the exact same features as the new Sportster 5 minus the changing color display. Don't pass up this deal, its worth it. |

I have enjoyed my sporster 4 but feel the product is built to last less than a couple of years. At the price to replace sirius becomes less of a bargain. I'm probably done with them! |

My Sortster4 died at 1 year and 2 monthes of light use. I had just finished paying for a new 1 year subscription when it died. Can't afford to buy a new one. This was a big mistake |

At 7 months my radio just died. Sirius backed up their guarantee sent a replacement. |

Well in April of 2008 i bought a new GMC Sierra and i didn't have a SAT radio in it. So i called Sirius and they sent me this radio and gave me 2 months of free service Sirius awesome they love there customers.
