What do I need to get SIRIUS Satellite Radio?

Car Kit - A car kit includes a docking station, which is where the radio actually sits. You have to mount it in a convenient spot on your dash or center console. All power and signal connections are made here. You will also receive a power adapter which plugs into the cradle at one end and into your vehicle's cigarette lighter or power port at the other. The third component of the car kit is the antenna which is what you need to receive the satellite signal. Mount the antenna the roof of your vehicle, then connect the cable to the cradle.What Are The Call Center Hours Of The Online Store?
Home Kit - A home kit allows you to listen to your plug & play receiver in your home. It's similar to a car kit in that it includes a docking station, power adapter and antenna. The only difference is that you place the antenna near a window in your home to receive the satellite signal.
Boombox- There are boomboxes available for various plug & play receivers. You can plug a boombox into the wall at home (a power adapter is included), or put in batteries (usually six to eight "D" size) and carry it around with you. This makes a boombox ideal for outdoor events like picnics and tailgate parties.

Each Reconditioned SIRIUS product undergoes a reconditioning process to satisfy the quality standards of SIRIUS Satellite Radio. Reconditioned products are backed by a no-questions asked, 30-day return policy and complete 90-day warranty.
SIRIUS Reconditioned Products are:
- Fully tested to verify proper operation.
- Refurbished with applicable replacement parts for any defective modules identified in testing.
- Thoroughly cleaned and inspected, but exterior may have small scratches and blemishes
- Repackaged with accessories including installation and usage guidance
- Placed through a final inspection that follows the technical guidelines established by SIRIUS for reconditioned stock.

SIRIUS Limited Warranty for Reconditioned Products
What this Warranty Covers
This warranty covers defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase by the original retail purchaser only. SIRIUS Satellite Radio Inc. ("SIRIUS"), at its sole option, will repair or replace the product with the same or similar reconditioned product without charge for parts and labor. Products replaced under this warranty become the property of SIRIUS. Replacement products are warranted to be free from defects for 30 days or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer.
What this Warranty Does Not Cover
This warranty does not cover: products sold as used or as is, software stored on internal or removable memory; non-rechargeable batteries, surface preparation cleaners, adhesive pads, fasteners, and earbuds; costs incurred for installation, removal or reinstallation of the product; correction of installation problems, such as elimination of externally generated static or noise and antenna placement and aiming; defects or damage caused by alteration, improper installation or removal, use of third party accessories, mishandling, misuse, neglect, accident, power surges or acts of nature.
How to Obtain Warranty Service
To obtain warranty service, please call SIRIUS Customer Service at 1-800-869-5364. You will be required to provide proof of purchase and a description of the defect. You must prepay the cost of shipping the product to an approved service center.
