SIRIUS Satellite Radio signs Mark Thompson to host “Make it Plain”
SIRIUS Satellite Radio announces the signing of Mark Thompson to host “Make it Plain” exclusively on SIRIUS. Mark Thompson has been hosting radio programs for over 20 years and is known for his passionate delivery on politics, along with social and economic issues with regard to African-Americans. Mark Thompson is a welcome addition to SIRIUS’ captivating program lineup.
“Make it Plain” is a 3 hour radio talk show that launches this fall. Thompson takes calls from listeners and has a wide variety of guest ranging from distinguished political leaders to media personnel and celebrities.

Mark Thompson is known as a community leader and has been an activist for the NAACP and human rights. Also known as Matsimela Mapfumo (his African name), Thompson was named one of the “100 Most Powerful People in Washington” by Regardie’s Magazine in 1990. He is also an ordained minister.
